I was just having a conversation with a lady who made 35k on her rental last year. It's a log cabin 3bd 2ba. Vacation rentals do well up here in the pines. People from Phx "flat landers" love to escape the heat and get into the mountains during the summer.

Walker is a great area, do you own a summer cabin there? The opportunity for cash flow and flipping is here. We have lots young people looking to rent up here. We have 3 colleges all of which are constantly growing. The deals are here it just depends what kind of numbers you are looking for?
