Here come the turnkey operators stating that everyone investing in CA is gambling and can’t cash flow if their life depended on it

@Robert Matelski that’s a shame, considering you’d be worth 5-10x more if you invested in the SF Bay Area over the last 20 years.

@John Lazzarini Jason works for a turnkey company, yet fails to disclose that every single time.

Any post he makes that recommends turnkey is a conflict if interest as he is compensated for selling them.

fake news. Perhaps the brand new Class A buildings in SF have fallen, but the majority of rents are still very strong.

@Kayla Oliver-Pratt this is a situation where money speaks. I’d offer them $5k to be out by the weekend. Not your best option but will be your quickest. Swallow your pride and gain some peace of mind.
