Taxes are hard so the people who can afford the best accountants and lawyers can find well concealed cop-outs on the biggest tax rates.

I have used them in the past. Great marketing tool so long as the entire room is a flattering one.

Welcome @Boyede S.! "How to be a Real Estate Investor" by Phil Pustejovsky is a good beginner book. I also recommend "The Real Estate Sales Secret: What top real estate listing agents do today to sell tomorrow" by Sean Patrick Hopkins and Matt Parker.
