Wow, this was 13 years ago. How do you feel now at 38? How is the REI journey going?

Google finance has come a long way! Anybody here able to chime in on how much it has changed since beta?

Taxes are hard so the people who can afford the best accountants and lawyers can find well concealed cop-outs on the biggest tax rates.

Welcome @Boyede S.! "How to be a Real Estate Investor" by Phil Pustejovsky is a good beginner book. I also recommend "The Real Estate Sales Secret: What top real estate listing agents do today to sell tomorrow" by Sean Patrick Hopkins and Matt Parker.
