Has anyone used the FCI Exchange site to buy performing or non-performing notes? I want to get feedback before purchasing. Also, are there any other sites that are similar? 

Greetings BP Friends! I hope this isn't a silly question, but as a newbie, I wanted to know if there is a form that Realtors should use to disclose they the are in fact licensed, during a wholesale deal? I went through the forms here on BP and my personal forms and I want to make sure that I am using the right one. Or does it even matter, if I have an LLC strictly for REI. Any feedback is appreciated, thanks.

No i didn't, i just watched the videos and did a lot of studying. I would read my notes aloud in my phone to record them. Then while driving and what not, listen to them. It helped a lot.

I watched tons of PrepAgent videos on YoutTube. They are awesome and he will answer your questions by email. It's worth checking out.
