@Marci Stein i will, today i open the celling, cut away mold sheet rock, use plastic let water runing to my bathtub.and use plastic cover it first .... Too bad

@Theresa Harris they are. I will try to enter again. I pretty sure they wont allow . Covid19 is a good reason. Because the judge gave them 10month to find a place. 08/31 will be last day.it maybe extend by virus.

@Kim Meredith Hampton i hope do so. right now i just open the celling. Try to use plastic let the water drop in the same point

@Kim Meredith Hampton i can, but they just refuse. The virus is a good reason.

@Kim Meredith Hampton nyc is crazy. Because they got 4 kids, the judge give them 10 months to find the place. And because they are over 2 years tenant. They have 4 months don't have to pay the rent.

@Katarina Schuette they just not happy with court decision. And damage the property before they left. The virus give them the chance to do that.

NYC, i am sure the upstair tenant do water damage on purpose after announce 90 day can not evict. water just slow drip alll day. and they  dont allow we go inside to check, right now our celling almost fall down.police, fire depatment can not help, and court closed. they got evicted with 5 months left. what should i do right now.
