Any recommendations on attorneys or lawyers that specialize in syndications in Tennessee? I am considering putting together a fund or a large scale syndication. Our company does a lot of development work that people often want to join in on but we don't yet have a great way to allow multiple people into the projects. I have seen a lot of recommendations to get to know an attorney first.

@Michael C. I liked the presentation. Are you predominately purchasing off market or on market listings?

We use Buildium and it is incredible for us. It can collect rents and charge automatic late fees. It is better for multiple properties. I know that quickbooks has an invoicing feature. I think you can set it up to be recurring. Maybe there is a way to get a rent collection software out of your accounting software.

Looking for recommendations on software to keep track of expenses, generate reports, create tax estimates, and record reciepts. I have a business credit card that I will be utilizing so I would like it to automatically sync. I am a real estate agent who just shifted over to being a 1099 employee. I have seen quickbooks, zoho, freshbooks, expensify, wave, and realtyzam. Any other brokers or agents have a recommendation?

@Justin Bergman are you looking to invest in knoxville? If you are, what kind of properties are you looking for?
