Im new to this all and found this property online just to try the calculator out. Just became a pro member today.
This particular property was within 100 miles of me, so I was under the impression that an FHA loan would not work, is that correct? So for this I assumed a conventional loan with a 5% down payment. Thoughts?
Also, I was assuming that the utilities, being payed by the tenants, could be left blank? If the tenants were paying utilities should my name still be on the bills every month?
Vacancy was something I was unsure what to fill in, so thank you for the info! Maintenance was also something I was unsure of how to account for, so thank you!
As far as the refinance loan, I am honestly quite confused about this concept. I will do more reading haha
