@Chelsea Meyer we did. So far the property has performed well and Marathon is a skilled management team. Our experience buying other Clifton was great. All the inherent complications of turnkey at a distance apply but theyve been great.

@Chris Seveney

I heard them on Realestate guys who I like and I like their theory of buying notes. I’ve had positive results researching them—references and such. I’ve been studying the note space for years and think I understand it enough to feel comfortable investing at a fund level.

Are there other funds your aware of or like?

I am curious as to how folks are thinking these days with regard to harvesting equity in rental properties? Cash out refinance? Sell? An example may help: single family home bought for 80k with 58k mortgage balance left (4.5 rate on 30 year fixed). We have had offers in the $120-130k range. I have not yet investigated refinance options and rates. Thank you!

Hi! Does anyone investing in the Memphis area have experience with Clifton Stone and Memphis Cashflow? How about their management branch Marathon Management? We are looking for additional inventory and wondering about this company. Thank you!
