Hello, BP!

I'm a newer agent in CO looking to partner with investors and flippers as I love the transformation and revitalization flipping can bring to a community! I also own my own photography business and work for a staging/ Property management company! So we're a one stop RE shop!

I've been reaching out to owners in foreclosure, and looking for off market properties, reaching out to other agents and want to see if BP can be a good resource to find motivated sellers and pocket listings to find deals for my current clients, and well as connect with future potential clients!

Any tips, advice, or connections would be fantastic! I look forward to working with you all!!

You'll want to get a list of sellers of the properties you want to buy from, skip trace them, then call/text them.

I've begun that process and have reached out with no success so far. I'm sure it'll take some time on this, but not sure if I should focus on continuing to reach out to the same homeowners, although I feel that can be saleslady and annoying, or if I should continue finding new homeowners and reaching out!

Thanks for the replies! I would agree, I'd want to try and grow my experience and clientele before starting the franchise if I could. However, I thought the franchise might offer the guidance I needed.
Thanks again!

Good evening, Ben!
I'm a REALTOR in Colorado Springs and have been looking for a home flipping team to start working with! I have a lot of resources in the home service industry, a GC, inspector, tile guy, HVAC tech, etc.
I just came across your post and am wondering how this is going! Did you end up getting your license? Have you began your first project? I'd love to connect and see if we can find some business!

Wow, this was almost a decade ago! However, I'm now a licensed REALTOR in the Springs and am looking for a flipping team, or even to work with investors! Anyone still in this area or are offering a partnership?

I just came across New Again Houses franchising for home flipping and am interested because I'd also like to begin flipping homes without using my own capital. Since franchising takes some investment, I'm wondering if it's worth the investment or if doing a flip on my own to get experience is better.

Hello

Any recomendations on which would be the best skiptrace to use when trying to find contact information of old homes? I've tried Spokeo, True People Search and beenverified with no luck

I’ve tried Batch skip trace and it’s working for me so far.

 Are you referring to batchskiptracing.com?

Hello! Will there be another meeting, by chance? I unfortunately did not see this information until it was too late!

Hey there!

I am looking at a tiny home to purchase as an STR, and am in the same boat as far as the lending situation. I looked at Lightstream as well, and am wondering if it'll work as cash to pay for the land if I get an amount to cover it?

What did you end up going with??
