Post: 1031 Exchange Crowdfunding?

Selling some real estate this year at record highs! The problem is that reinvesting is becomeing difficult!

Has anyone done 1031 crowdfunding? I like the idea investing in a sector I am not big enough for but getting the returns much more like "mailbox money" than my other investments (less headache it seems)

Here to see what everyones experience has been?

My lawyers office seems behind. Is it my lawyer or has Covid been affecting transfers?

@Michelle Belinfante

I have an insurance agency and it has a cell phone and I have a personal. For the time I used the business one to get it up to speed now I leave it at the office and let employees use it. Have been beneficial. It’s a cheap write off.

Checks and then just cash it to your account & use the funds to invest?

I am in York as well and have some rentals. In the future I am looking into flips/more rentals.

@Deisy P.

I run three rentals and an insurance agency no one here no family and no man by my side yet lol. You really have to be firm and doing over analyze, say what you say and leave it at that. I know what my goals are for myself and kids and real estate is one of those tools to get there. So that’s how I pushed through and stood up for myself, I can’t let anything between my dreams.
