Hello everyone,

Is anyone here currently part of Jerome Maldonado’s developer mentorship program? I’m interested in the training and would love to hear if it's worth the investment.

Thank you!

Hello everyone,

I’m new to single-family new construction and currently working on my first project in Dallas. While I’ve found a mentor, they’re so busy that it’s been difficult to get consistent guidance. As a result, I’m anticipating my project, originally scheduled for completion in 6 months, may take 12 - 18 months.

The mentorship is not provided free of charge. As I am new to the process and was unable to secure new construction financing on my own, the mentor kindly agreed to co-sign the loan. In exchange for their support, we have agreed to a 50/50 split of the profits.

I understand new construction is straightforward, but it involves many detailed steps, from buying land to financing, and I could use more focused support.

I’m considering paid mentorship options, and two names that keep coming up are Hamza Invests and Jerome Maldonado. Has anyone had direct experience working with them?

I’d also love to connect with like-minded new construction developers in the Dallas and Houston areas.

Thank you!

Sal

Can anyone please recommend a Subject To attorney in Houston Texas.

I will vouch for Michael Plaks. He has a professional team working with him. Stay away from Basit Saddiqi. I have had very bad experience with him. Not a professional. I am assuming he is too busy to care for new clients.
