I am a young aspiring real estate agent who wants to get his home inspection license as well in the state of Washington. What are your suggestions for training school programs?

I am not trying to spend 3 grand on a school. I am a self motivated individual who can ensure I do my studies by myself.

@Evan Polaski I completely agree, but if possible wouldn’t I want to lower my overhead if I could? I don’t have kids so I can dedicate a lot of time into building my skills.

Hello All,

I am a new Realtor located in Seattle, WA and my goal is to become a a landlord while I flip homes. I am putting in a lot of time into learning the real estate industry but I would also like to building my education for me being able to renovate homes myself. I'm curios as to what specific trade would I get most of a return back so to speak when flipping homes. Also, if I need to just learn the basics I would be open to that but I wanted to see if any of you knew where to start.

Hello All,

My name is Salvador Diaz and I am a new Realtor in Seattle. I have only been doing this for about 4 months now and I want to continue my education not only on the real estate but become ingrained into the Seattle market. I want to know if there are any groups, committees or anything of that nature that I can join. The groups I am looking for are something like the Seattle housing council, The Washington State housing commission (Things like that). I don't mind volunteering, I just want to indulge myself to learn as much as possible.

Secondly, I want to know if there are any extra certificate I can get while I am a real estate agent I plan on doing the Realtor certifications, but are they any others?
