Thanks @Neil Schoepp for the response. I will be looking into Gino Barbaro as well. I looked into parts of Ohio and PA. What markets do you recommend that fit that criteria?

Hi, can someone recommend a property management company that works with multi family 8-15+ units. I’m particularly interested to see if any out there that would assist with the BRRR method of purchasing all cash for a discount and then value add, place tenants and refinance. I’m in NY, and it is almost impossible to find something where the numbers work due to the high prices and tax. So Im looking out of state where I would see better ROI. Any other suggestions welcomed as well. Thanks

@Thomas Bible Hi Thomas, do you still have properties with them? I am in a similar situation and have been avoiding posting anything on here since I was hoping they would work things out. But it’s been way too long now with lIttle communication and now have a vacant unit for almost 9 months already. I initially wanted to invest more with them, however really need to see major changes before I do.

Hi Alex, I’m looking to form an LLC in PA. Can you message me your RE attorney you recommend there. Thanks a lot!
Hi Daniel, did you pay all cash for these properties or leverage to obtain that much cash flow? Seems like you were able to purchase them quickly.

Hi, I'm new to the forum. I came across an ad listing properties for sale in PA. The company sell each door for $25k. Returns look too good to be true in 25-30% range. Properties are all managed, section 8 rented with tenants in place and and are located in Johnstown, PA. Anyone work with them before? Listing is: https://buyrentals25kperdoor.com/ Thanks.

Hi Shane, I'm curious did you ever proceed with the Johnstown properties.  I may have spoken to the same company.  Anyone else here use them, they are all section 8 housing.

Hi John, I just came across this discussion.  Would you be able to add me onto the list?

Thanks a lot!
