I have done the flipping way before the word flipping was known, real estate has always been known as long term and that is one thing you must keep in mind . Andreas Thanks for your comments ,new question so why would you not use it for your personal use? And do you think it is a good idea in Germany , do you see it as a growing business in Germany? Thanks 

test it is a broad question. no i am not from Germany but like to hear from people and see what they think of the self storage in Germany

anybody here familiar  with the self storage business in Germany???
