@Daniel C.

Thanks for the reply.

Makes sense. Since it’s not a mortgage it should not count as one of my 10 Eligible Fannie Mae loans.

That was my concern

@Gio Fuentes

I’m in the middle of several refinances with them. They move fast and have great rates. In fact I walked away from closing a month ago because Axos’ pricing was so much better

Hi All

I’ve been offered an EIDL loan but am currently refinancing multiple properties. Does anyone know if this will cause an issue with respect to my current refinancing? Does it count as one of 10 loans as per Fannie Mae rules? I could wait another 10 days after closing my current refis to accept the EIDL loans but am concerned that the money will no longer be available.

Have anyone encountered this?

Thanks in advance

@Guifre Mora

Thank you. I appreciate it

13 loans being consolidated into 6 confirming loans

Hi All

Long time reader but first post.

I’m close to refinancing a bunch of investment properties. Loan to value is under 65%, high credit score, etc. I’m being offered 3.25 30 year fixed with about 3.5 points. Thoughts?

Thanks
