I am looking at this bank to finance some rentals. Anyone have any experience with this bank?

@Gio Fuentes today lenders want to see the bank statement of seller deposits to match what they claim are the rents or they won't use them as your future income because so many tenants are not paying and courts won't allow evictions until August or it may get extended so income may be ghost income. Put in your offer that seller must cooperate.
