@Davartay Miller: Sure, please feel free to connect me to the right individual from PPMG of Texas so that I can get some information about their services.

@Kyle Mccaw: Thanks for the prompt response. Do you mean to say that you provide services in the area?

To continue with the thread, I am also looking for a good property manager to manage a SFH in Forney Texas. Does anyone have a good recommendation for my criteria? I would appreciate any insights.

@Bruce Lynn: Thank you very much for the detailed response, and I do understand your point. Unfortunately, like you guessed its a bit too late for now, but going forward I will certainly take it into consideration.  Also, thanks for the DM with your recommended attorney.

In light of what you mentioned above, do you happen to know if Megatel Homes is considered a production builder or a custom smaller builder. Not sure if you know or heard of them in the past but wondering if they would be flexible?

I am currently trying to purchase a new construction home from a local builder in DFW metroplex. I cannot comprehend a lot of the things in the builder's contract, which seems to favor them in pretty much all of the situations. Since I am buying the home directly from the builder, and I do not have a real estate agent, I was trying to find an attorney who could help me with the contract and also until closing the home.

Can anyone recommend me to the right person (easily approachable) who can help me in this situation? Thank you.
