Looks like you found a great deal! Nicely done!

If you don't mind me asking, what bank or mortgage lender did you go through to get the entire purchase financed. I was working with a bank that would finance 80% of the ARV of a home for construction loans, but they stopped doing that. Killed my momentum and would love to find other options.
