i just drove threw new Smyrna beach today at can't believe all the new construction and building going on in the area. Can anyone Tell me about the area's past and where you see the market going?

I'm also new into the business. Im wholesaling in orlando. Congratulations on take those first steps. 

Talk to the local morgage brokers in the area they know what's working in our market. Go to cfri.net and under resources go to business member directory. Not only are these people knowledgeable but most of them are investors themselves. I guarantee you'll find all the answers you're looking for. 

Hopefully I can bring you your first deal.

The deals a slim pickings on the mls. Its not about the area because orlando is hot. It's more about buying at the right price. I'm working on wholesaling and finding motivated sellers is my main focus. lets keep in touch. hopefully i can find us both our first deal.

I just finished listening to episode 2 of the podcast and The guest speaker, Karen, got a property for a seller subject-to and the seller had to write her a check for $9200 and I don't understand why. Can anyone explain the scenario to me?
