@Katy Reid did you end up finding a contractor? I'm in search of one in the area as well.

They are out there you just have to look. If one bank turns me down I then ask if they know who might and they give me a name or two to call.

And even if you find a bank that will make sure to keep calling to see if there are others and what their terms are.

Ryan, who are you using to get 100% LTV? You can just throw that out there and leave us hanging..haha.

Hey Guy,

How is the market over there in Salisbury? I am looking at a few houses over there that seem to be good deals. Just wondering your take on the area?

Thanks,

Ryley

@Brian Grant, I'm just about under contract on a vacation rental in Crestline. I would love to talk more with you about the area up there since you seem to be pretty familiar with it.

Post: Tenant Late While in Escrow

Hello BP,

I am in escrow selling a duplex that I have. There is a tenant in place that is currently late on rent, but has only become late since the property was in escrow. They said they would pay 2 weeks late, but that time has since passed. They are now saying they can't pay for another two weeks, the problem is the property is supposed to close prior to that two weeks. Any advice on how to handle the situation?
