All,
Let's meet to discuss the books that have influenced our personal and professional lives. Also, let's share a beer or two.
I'm going to suggest Red Door Brewery (Downtown Taproom) for our first 2017 meetup.
400 Gold Ave SW #105
Albuquerque, NM 87102
First floor of the Simms Building
reddoorbrewing.com
Also, I'm going to suggest Grant Cardone's The 10X Rule: The Only Difference Between Success and Failure.
We discussed Gary Keller and Jay Papason's The One Thing: The Surprisingly Simple Truth Behind Extraordinary Results as our first book. It was agreed that the book had begun to influence our personal and professional lives in positive ways very quickly.
This is a group aimed at bringing together successful, motivated and generally badass Real Estate investors in ABQ (and surrounding areas; close to freeway for our country/suburban friends).
You can expect to leisurely network and deal make at will, but let's make sure to talk about the books too!
See you there!

It all began in a galaxy far far away... with Rich Dad Poor Dad. Of course, the knowledge/desire/determination sat dormant for over a decade (read the book in 2005). I didn't know what to do with it, I was 21 and... dumb.
So, #1: Rich Dad
#2: The Millionaire Next Door
#3: The Legend of The Monk and the Merchant

Well, we've got about 4 weeks between now and then. It's a pretty short read... audiobook also an option?
If you go with Audible... the first one is free: http://www.audible.com/pd/Business/The-ONE-Thing-A...
I know we're all busy 10X, but if all anyone can manage is a summary of the book, start here: http://www.meaningfulhq.com/the-one-thing.html
Excited to hang out with everyone!

Thanks, Jeff! I'm constantly consuming audiobooks (while doing chores, driving, etc) and reading during my morning silent time.
Hell, if people decide they'd rather discuss the BP podcast, that's ok too. :)
And at the end of the day, #beer.

Let's meet to discuss the books that have influenced our personal and professional lives. Also, let's share a beer or two.
I'm going to suggest Red Door Brewery (Downtown Taproom) for our maiden meetup.

This is a non-generational specific group aimed at bringing together successful, motivated and generally badass Real Estate investors in ABQ (and surrounding areas; close to freeway for our country/suburban friends).
