Also, I'm going to suggest Gary Keller and Jay Papason's The One Thing: The Surprisingly Simple Truth Behind Extraordinary Results as our first book.
This is a non-generational specific group aimed at bringing together successful, motivated and generally badass Real Estate investors in ABQ (and surrounding areas; close to freeway for our country/suburban friends).
You can expect to leisurely network and deal make at will, but let's make sure to talk about the books too!
