Hello,

I am new to bigger pockets. I’ve recently been looking into buying foreclosure homes to fix up and then put them on Airbnb. I was wondering what is the best way to find homes for Foreclosure in a specific area?

Hello,

My name is Ryan Woods, I am a new member of the BiggerPockets community. I currently attend college in Richmond Virginia. I am starting to look for a potential internship for the upcoming semester and into the summer. I would much rather work alongside a professional real estate agent or someone already in the world of real estate investing to gain knowledge and get some real-world experience. I have become more and more interested in Real Estate investing recently and would love to learn more about it by working alongside someone. I am not looking for pay or anything of the sorts, I just want to get some insight while helping to provide value to the person I work with by helping with cleaning up properties, making calls, going through walkthroughs and etc. if anyone is interested and would be happy to help me learn more about the real estate world please contact me.

Thank you,

Ryan Woods

Hi I am new to the BiggerPockets community. I am going to graduate in the next year and I have been working to save up money to invest in my first property. I wanted to know if it would be smarter to rent an apartment for myself for a year while working to further increase my savings. Or should I house hack right after college to get my rent paid for.
