there is no such thing as 0 money.. the 3500 you will spend I would caution that immensely.. lenders are not do do's  they don't give 100% loans to beginner's..

but for a whole weekend for 400 it could open some doors some ideas etc..

I have seen some of these programs be quite good actually.. so I don't know this one.

but when they lead with Zero money and that stuff that I don't agree with.. having spent 4 decades in this business it just does not work that way.. ONLY in the Movies.

Man Jay always has the right answer. This is so true and thank you again Jay! it truly seems to be just in the movies!

Hi fellow BP addicts! I have been reading the BP forums and listening to the Podcast for a few years now, and love the site! Everyone seems so eager to help and most just seem nice, never really any "trolling" here which is great...Anyways, I am STUCK like really stuck. I have been saving like crazy at my W-2 job for almost 3 years and I moved back with my mom to save even more. So I have saved up about $10 k cash and got my credit score up to 750-800. I also paid of my car, and have a small credit card amount like $7k I also get about $400 each week from unemployment. But the issue is my company here in the gorge had a huge layoff, I was working in the UAV (drone) industry, building and repairing UAVs for Insitu/Boeing. Anyways, I am trying to move to a city or town that actually has a better job market and a decent real estate market. I really need help finding an area that I can potentially buy a flip once I get settled. I would also love to find an Investor or wholesaler that I could either partner with or take a green horn on and let me use my time to help further their goals. I now have time on my hands to help out and I'm used to 50-60 hr work weeks. I really feel I need to get to a better area with more opportunists. I'm looking at Boise, Spokane Wa, or most of Idaho to move to. Does anyone know of Investors in those areas that could use my time/work ethic?

Thank you all for any thoughts or confirmations on how silly my thoughts are!
