Hey Vaughn, I was actually thinking of doing the same thing!  I own 3 Long Term rentals in Texas, and have looked into doing SRT here, but haven't pulled the trigger yet.  I feel like Vegas would be a good cheap opportunity to get in now while prices are presumably low with COVID And Vegas travel is low.  Is that the case?  Would you be interested to hop on a call to chat more?  I'm mostly curious on what areas are good to look into, and what to expect from an income and expense standpoint, and if I need to pay cash or if there is financing available.  Thanks!

Hey everyone,

I am new to the real estate investing game and looking to do Yellow Letters and postcards for my next campaign.  I currently own a duplex and my personal home, and looking to buy my next rental property under market through this campaign, and have my target area figured out, as well as have gone to Listsource and gotten a good list of prospects.

my next question, is how to I get a computer to generate 1,000 post cards and these yellow letters, as well as generate mailing stamps for each address for each recipient?  I definitely am not going to be hand writting these as I want to make it scalable, and sending them out every couple months, so what platforms or programs have people been using to send out these mass amounts of direct mailers?
