@Erin Whalen yes! Title Insurance is one of the only types of insurance that will cover you (the property) from anything that occurred prior to the purchase of title.

Have a title company take care of search and title insurance to cover all of the bases. This will protect you from any unforeseen issues that may arise.

@Crit Tyson Williams For Title & Closing try using this calculator link:

https://facc.firstam.com/Calculator

Input the state, county, PP, Loan Amount, Transaction Type, Check off (Title Rates, Closing Costs, and Endorsements)

If you have any questions I would love to help!

Always use a title company to aid in the title and escrow process! If you are interested in checking the title of a prospective foreclosure purchase, you can check with the county assessor website or visit the courthouse regarding the property.

I am looking to analyze real estate agent production in specific counties across the country. I have looked at tax assessor websites, zillow, redfin, etc. and cannot seem to find a good answer. Has anyone ever analyzed something like this? I appreciate any advice!!

@Ryan Proffit How did you go about finding a partner? Did you have an existing partner that you had planned the deal with or did you find the deal and then approach potential partners?

@Allan Hernandez Good luck with your new build!
