Thanks for the introductions everyone.  I'm new to this but, so...

Where I'm at: So far I've read "Rich Dad Poor Dad", I'm reading Brandon's books on Investing with no money down, and Investing in rental property.  I'm working my way through to the BiggerPocket back podcasts as well as Clayton Morris' podcast Investing in real estate.

Where I want to go: Set up appropriate business (LLC, what have you), find an accountant, connect with the right people, and purchase rental property.

What I'm worried about:  Paying too much for a turn-key property.  Buying in a bad area.  SCAMS!!

Your advice/recommendations are more than welcome :)

I may be putting the cart before the horse but... can you pee qualify for cash out refinancing before you buy a property?
