I've found not allowing satellite dishes on their roofs is not a good idea. Often times lightwells and roof membranes can be punctured by installations without the proper water proofing. Coax cable lines usually run alongside the property and need minimal penetration. Hope that helps.

Hi BP,

My name is Ryan. I am a Property Manager in San Francisco with 12 years experience gearing up to invest in Real Estate in California. 8 years after the Real Estate Collapse there are still homes to Buy and Hold at great prices. My goal is to no longer work for money and work because I like the Real Estate field.

As a side business, I started a commercial cleaning company that has turned out to be extremely successful. I have started to save the cash flow and pour all additional funds into buying multi-family properties.

Glad to be on BP and look forward to getting to know you all.

Thanks Mark, I'll give them a ring. Anyone in particular you recommend?
Hi All, I'm looking for a local mortgage broker from the Fresno Area. Looking to buy soon but I want to make sure I get the pre-approval process right. Thanks for reading this message let me know if you have any good suggestions.
