Hey Lauryn Meadows I was just trying to search around and find people in the area myself network with. I'm having a similar experience in Ashland. I'm also very new to the community and trying to chart a path. Have you had any success in the last couple weeks?

Spent a great deal of time today trying to find a local REI

@James Wilcox and did not have much success. Ashland is a pretty depressed area with an unbelievable amount of available listed housing. Many of those on the market for an incredible amount of time. If you happen to know of a group here please share!  

Just getting started and turned onto BP.  I recently had a forced career change after spending multiple years in healthcare, the last couple years at a startup.  Looking for opportunities to build long term growth, as well as replace an immediate income stream.  Already spending plenty of time with the podcasts and posts and evaluating a 1st deal.  Scary for sure!
