@David Hutson thanks, I’m just looking to find out what their reputation is (which has now been addressed at least somewhat) and mainly what the experience has been like for someone who has worked with them directly. Have you ever worked directly with them? I’m going to have a 30 minute phone call this morning with Andrew Akins about the things you mentioned

I think the secret is out for the Columbus market and I don't know of properties and PMs that seem to be able to offer the same opportunities I'm seeing in TN and AR.

Just to be clear, I am talking about a Company called "Turnkey Properties" (based in Memphis, TN and Little Rock, AR), not CrestCore. Are they related companies? Or were you just giving me a general heads up about CC being a bad turnkey company in that area?
