Hi Anthony, what's your biggest priority - cashflow or long-term appreciation? Also, how'd you narrow down your search to these two markets?

Hi David,

If building long-term equity and scaling quickly are priorities, then option 2 aligns better for you. If maintaining strong cash flow and minimizing risk are more important, Option 1 is the safer choice.

Good luck!

Hi Jerry,

BP and local Facebook groups are a great resource for meeting local agents, investors, and lenders who can provide some solid insight into the markets you're interested in. It's also good to read local business journals and visit the chamber of commerce website.

Good luck and let me know if I can be any help!

Hi Shayan, with a budget of around $200k, you may be able to find something in/around Greensboro, but it'll be a lot tougher in Charlotte and Raleigh.

Memphis, Little Rock, Oklahoma City, and Tulsa are solid markets that many of our investors in your price range tap into.

Good luck!

Hi Daniel, congrats on your investment! I second the others here - look into adding a CPA to your team. Good luck!
