Wow! Thank you all for giving me feedback! I loved hearing all the different perspectives. It means a lot!

@Mike Dymski I'd love to hear more about that issue! If you have any more specifics on it that'd be awesome! If not no worries. Thanks again!

Thank you guys so much for your input!

I'd like to learn more about the issues that investors of any experience are having today in real estate. Problems that you wish could be solved no matter how small or big they are. What would make real estate investing easier for you? Are there issues you believe technology could solve? What are the most frequent issues you have when buying and selling real estate? I'd love to see anything that comes to mind!

That's what I figured, but with the government shutdown I also have no access to it, so I guess I'll have to wait. Thanks Nick!

Hello! I'm currently searching for properties in the Tampa Bay area and I was wondering what you guys thought about ringless voicemail? I was about to try it out until I became aware of new laws in Florida governing this marketing method. Its covered under the FCC and forces telemarketers to still follow the Do Not Call List even with ringless voicemail. Do I even count as a telemarketer considering I don't have an actual business and the numbers are houses I targeted through List Source? Any thoughts or knowledge is greatly appreciated!
