@Bill S. My bad i forgot to add that it was a duplex property. The property is in commerce city.

Thanks for all the input you guys. I appreciate it very much.

The property has been rented for the last 8 yrs to the same tenets an would like to stay if possible. ARV= $170,000, Repairs= $0, Rent is @ 1,700, Tax= $963, Ins= $300, and Annual Expenses= $1,200. What do you thing the investors would want to be at for the equity.

Does anyone have any input for how much a rental property investor is looking for in equity to make it a good deal for him.
