Yea I fully expect to make many mistakes but I think the key is always to take full advantage of your blunders.  Thanks for the words of encouragement 

My name is ryan and I live in Maryland between DC and Baltimore. I spent 15 years as a contractor and am now a carpenter by trade, so I am well versed in all phases of remodeling and managing rehabs. I hope this will give me some advantage in my quest to build wealth through REI. I've been saying for years that I'm going to start investing and life always got in the way(aka excuses). No more.
