Is it better to do a cash out refinance with a higher interest rate if the lender will go up to 80% or lower interest rate if the lender will only go up to 70%? Roughly a 1 point difference.

PenFed is the place to go. Recently closed on one. They have an interest only payment option.
There’s been some research on current paint trends. Different grays seem to be current. They are more appealing to the eye then white. I like my apartments to stand out. I don’t want tenants that view the apartment and say nothing. I want tenants that say wow. Tenants that feel good to be there and make it their home. The paint cost is a given and the color doesn’t change the price. “Wowed” tenants tend to stay longer, pay more and respect it. That’s a win win.
Just closed. Penfed. 80% ltv. 5.5%. Interest only payments. Draw for 12 years. Only payment upfront was appraisal.
