Patrick Knapp, a general contractor in Raleigh NC will be speaking on how to effectively deal with contractors and estimate renovation costs. Join us as he answers many of the common questions:

You can park for free for 3 hours in the Power House Parking deck, which is directly behind Tobacco Rd. In order to take advantage of this, book online here using promo code “TRSC”. We recommend booking online prior to arriving at the garage.

- If you plan to stay longer than 3 hours, we recommend finding street parking, which is typically free after 6pm.

Patrick Knapp is a licensed general contractor in the state of NC for commercial & residential properties, with over 5 years experience. Patrick joined the Army in 2012 and was stationed at Fort Bragg as a paratrooper. He has flipped multiple properties and has a portfolio of over 10 rental units (both long-term and STR).
