Hey all, I was just wondering how you go about setting your goals. I will be graduating college in the spring and want to make sure I'm in the right mindset for the real world. Does anyone have any advice for how to set goals, how to achieve your metrics, and how to best set myself up for success once I am out of college? I'm looking for more short term goals. Thank you!

Hey all,

I am heavily considering house hacking as my first investment vehicle upon graduation from college. I have listened to many episodes of the BiggerPockets podcast regarding peoples experiences, but would love to learn even more before getting involved. I was wondering if anyone has any advice or would be willing to share their experience with me. I was also curious about the best locations to house hack if there are any (could be a specific location or just a general region). Any advice would be extremely helpful! Thanks all and have a good day.

Hey all, I was looking for some advice as to how to choose your investment vehicle. I have read about many different strategies, as well as heard real life examples from the BiggerPockets podcast, but I was wondering what the best way is to narrow down what real estate strategy works best for you. I know it varies from person to person and is based on finances and your personal time commit to your real estate portfolio. I was just wondering if any had some advice as to how they narrowed down their real estate path. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi all, I was just wondering how a young individual can begin to get involved within the real estate world. I want some hands on experience, but don't have an abundance of money so I am unsure how to properly go about learning residential real estate strategies and such. I am wondering if anyone has some advice regarding how I should go about this or if there are any mentors out there who would be willing to help me. Thanks in advance!
