Thanks a lot, I'm glad that you reached out to me, looking at the for sale numbers on these properties is very intimidating and 1 of the worries or fear that I have is getting approved, but like u said getting the paperwork done is something I'm working on for now, fixing my credit, getting my real estate knowledge up and just learning everything I can with my free time, thanks again and who knows maybe I can find a deal in the future and we could work on it together...
