Does anyone else get bad anxiety the few days before a closing? I am set to close on a Duplex this friday, and the numbers are really good. I just cant get the thought out of my head that the morning of the closing they are going to find something that kills the loan. 2 months of hard work and documentation isnt something i want to throw away on the final day lol i know i shouldnt worry until it actually happens, but i always get bugged out the few days before closing. Anyone else?

@Lauren Minkoff That's awesome! I hope you guys get a chance to grab that property. If you need a reference to a lender, I work with a guy here in Clifton Park that has done my deals and he is excellent. 10 years of experience so he can really let you know what your best route would be for the financing.

If you can find an affordable property, then you cant go wrong in Saratoga, the location is the best in the area with the track and the college. It can really cash flow!

Ill try to tag you in the thread for the meetup, and if Shaun needs any good audiobook recommendations tell him to get ahold of me, I've listened to a ton lol

@Lauren Minkoff I believe we were at the same AIN meeting, Bigger Pockets is a huge source of information. Especially if your looking to do buy and hold. Do you know what areas you guys are going to invest in? There are some of us Bigger Pockets members meeting up on the 30th in Albany at the Renaissance if you guys are interested in attending. I also recommend the Audiobook "Hold" by Gary W. Keller. It really focuses on the in and out of rental property investing!

Can anyone recommend some must read books that go in depth on the best ways to use social media for marketing? I know some guys who are crushing it wholesaling with this method!
