I'm not interested in how much money the guy bringing me the deal is making. I'm interested in the deal I am getting. If I'm getting the deal I want then I want my wholesaler to make as much money as possible. That way he knows who to bring the next deal he gets to. Would you want the end buyer to ask you how much money you are making on property before they decide if you are making an "acceptable" amount to them? I think you might be focusing on the wrong numbers, my friend. Focus on your numbers and if the deal works for you then smile and say thanks. Then ask him/her to bring you another one!

I'm a real estate agent in in the greater Oklahoma City area and I just listed a property for some investors that is worthy of bringing to the BP community. It currently makes about $500-$600 per month after all expenses and is located close to most of what Oklahoma City has to offer. $139,900. 3 bed, 2.5 bath, 1,400 sf. Has great reviews on all the str sites and was completely remodeled just last year. Contact me directly if you are interested or have any questions. 405-250-7471.

Also, if you have liquid capital you may want to wait until the end of the year or in to next year. If you believe that the economy is headed for some rough times then there will be a lot of amazing deals coming up in the near future and your money will go MUCH FURTHER when people are panic selling.

Fall in love with the numbers rather than the property. Math doesn't lie.
