I do not know how to edit the title but it was supposed to say lender not investor.

Can anyone recommend a lender in the San Antonio area that has experience with multi family investors?

As a new investor, looking in the Texas market but not opposed to out of state investing, would my best option be to find a reliable real estate agent to find off market deals? I am interested in multifamily and single family units.
