hello @Steve Christensen

I am an observer as well; trying to be more forward in communicating and assisting in the forums. Just saw the STL reference and wanted fo say hi. Buy and hold is the REI I lean towards but want to be able to flip as well.

Hi @Monica S.

Welcome to the BP! I am from the STL and it popped up on my alerts, so I just wanted to say hello. Wow you have an awesome background to build off of for REI. I think the goal of reading all the books on the list is a brilliant start. I am coordinating the book list with the podcasts. I am loving the plethora of knowledge from both.

 @Jared Lichtin

 How did you get to flipping a house in a different state? Have you done multiple flips in the akron, ohio area? Flipping fascinates me almost as much as buy and hold rentals. I think I will combine the two as much as possible through flipping and holding when I gain more experience under my belt.

@Evan Holley

sorry for taking over your feed. What REI are you and your current partner interested in?

Wow my typing is grammatically horrible.

@Jared Lichtin, I own a duplex and lean towards the multifamily buy and hold rentals, but just learning everything REI and business I can.

Nice numbers and place looks gorgeous; no wonder it sold. Good thing I am in st. Louis Missouri or I might have been tempted to buy the place even though I don't need it. Jk on me buying it, but really nice work! I might have to screen shot the photos to make some of the designs in my dream house.

Woops, meant continuously not cocontinuosly. I dislike when I have spelling errors; my new goal is to always proofread carefully.

hey @Kevin Walorz

 You begin right here at BP; good choice by the way. The Podcasts, the Blogs, the forums, etc. Find the free books and the least expensive ways to get all the suggested books here on BP. Check them all out; dive in to all of them searching for all information you are looking for and you will find it one way or another. Also, its never too early to start; build your credit up by being reliable and strategic in opening and purchasing things and challenge yourself to learn cocontinuously. Best wishes to you.
