hows the rental market in Tampa? I’ve been trying to convince my aunt to go in with me on more units, she currently has one single family that’s split into two units .

I appreciate any input you’ll have ! My ultimate goal is to get rentals in more southern locations such as Florida, NC, GA. Any advice would be helpful as well, thanks !
