Most questions are around accounting and website landing page. I have a strong business background and while I understand P&L and other business metrics that relate to rental type accounting I am not an accountant. I keep having issues with general ledger entries.

On the website landing page for my business I cannot figure out how to dress up the landing page beyond the boring template that only allows someone to search if you have a vacancy posted.

Anyone in the Atlanta, GA and surrounding area that uses Buildium software? While some of it is very intuitive there are other parts that are not. The videos which are hard to find your way back to are only so helpful. I have more questions than I can ask the help department at one time I think.

Anyone willing to meet and provide some one on one tutorial? I will buy dinner or drinks or both!!

Hi Curt...Thanks for replying. I have my eye on a couple of possibilities and may go bigger than I planned depending on whether the private financing comes through.

Thank you Charlie for the additional info. I would also like to find the same info in different places but it seems the data is always different depending on the site I use to pull the info.

I just signed up for 1 year with Buildiium.....Looks like it will be very sufficient for a start up and growing operation

Well my success rate is 33% so far. I submitted 3 different contracts on 3 different properties but only 1 offer was accepted. The other two offers were rejected in favor of higher offers. Good for the seller of course but for me I had reached the highest point that I was willing to go. So in this case 333% feels good. I think I made the correct decision in letting them go

Steeper set up costs...

Add me to the list of Buildium supporters. I am finishing a 15 day trial with them and agree that they are all of what was said above by others. I also tested a few others including Rent Manager which is fairly robust....$75-$150 a month and stepper set up costs
