@Elizabeth Colegrove, Thanks for commenting, I appreciate it!

@Iman Yu, Thanks for commenting, it helps!

Looks like Cash Flow and COC are the common denominators.

@Florian N.,

Thanks for the offer to help.

I've uninstalled the software, I even re-installed it and uninstalled it again.

The owner is unwilling to help.

I contacted Paypal, they are dealing with this guy now. I'm done...

Thanks for everyone's help it was greatly appreciated.

I'll post the outcome of this mess.

@Brian Woods,

I appreciate your input and agree, this guy is pulling my chain.

The software cost $107.95  Landlord's Cash Flow Analyzer

The online meeting I ordered was $75, was charged for 2 ($150) but he refunded the $150 back. I called and cancelled my card today because I don't trust the guy.

I also used Paypal for the $107.95 so I'll be contacting them for help.

His last reply email today was for me to stop contacting him so much and that he can not assist me any further except to refer me back to his last email, which said:

Robert:

We only have time to deal with serious customers who truly want to learn. You are all over the place. Please use RAN #254. You will need to uninstall the software to obtain the code. If you need help with uninstalling, you will need to seek help from a computer technician. You also need to return the CD.

- This was in response to me wanting the software refund, the online meeting refund, and asking for the Uninstall Code.

Now that's customer service.

I'll send in the letter he requests with the RAN#254, minus the uninstall code,  plus the CD if that even comes in the mail.

- Lesson Learned

@Florian N.,

Thanks for the suggestion.

I'm running Windows 7

I checked the program files and don't see anything from the software.

I also typed the name of the software in (search programs and files)  search bar in the start menu.

I'm stumped here.

@Kevin Zimmer,

The only thing in the letter that concerns me is the "Uninstall Code"

I have no idea how to locate that. It does not pop up when I uninstall the software off my computer. I'm above average with computers so I know how to uninstall software especially when there is an "Uninstall" Link right in the installation files....

I emailed the owner but was told to consult a computer technician....??

I called several Computer Technicians and they never heard of an Uninstall Code.

I've also called and emailed the owner again asking for help, but no reply.

I totally understand him wanting to protect his software property, I have no intentions of using it again, or installing it again, or ever having it on my computer again. All I want is the Uninstall Code so I can get my 30 Day Money Back Guarantee refund.

Any suggestions?

@Joe Villeneuve@Alexander Felice,

Thanks for commenting and sharing your strategies. This gets more and more interesting to me as I go along.

@Account Closed,

I think I like rentals more but would like to try flipping once in awhile. I'm trying to learn right now about the differences between flipping and rentals.

This is the letter they want signed.

I sent an email but haven't received a reply yet.

I must say, it's not a pleasant experience dealing this company so far.

I'm using Windows.

There's no error that displays, it just disappears and the software uninstalls.

I'd like to know if anyone has returned the "Landlord's Cash Flow Analyzer" software from rentalsoftware.com for a refund?

They offer a 30 day money back guarantee and I'd like to get a refund but one of the requirements is a "UNINSTALL CODE"

Does anyone know what this is or how to get it?

The owner said in a email: "You will need to uninstall the software to obtain the code. If you need help with uninstalling, you will need to seek help from a computer technician".

I used the uninstall link provided with the installation files and when I uninstall, the program goes away. There is no "Uninstall Code" that appears.

Am I missing something? I never heard of a "Uninstall Code"

I consulted a computer technician and he said he's never heard of a "Uninstall Code"

Can anyone help me with this problem?
