What is the selling price?

If you are closing with a commercial loan typically it is not a problem to put the property in your LLC name. If you are closing with a thirty year fixed loan you will need to close it in your own name. If you are paying in cash you can close in almost any entity.

Do not invest with family.  I know it is cliché, but it is the truth.  Find a partner that will make decisions with you completely based on business.  Just my opinion.
