Hi all:  I am also thinking about investing in Kansas since it seems so reasonable.  I would appreciate any tips on where to get a place that is B- and up.  Thanks!

Hi all.  I am interested in NH and live in California.  I want to buy a multifamily if I can.  New Hampshire sounds wonderful, but I don't know if I'd like to live there due to the cold...but I would like to move from here eventually, once I can afford to quit my 9-5 job.
