@Joseph Bafia thank you for the feedback as I have heard the same which is why we are strongly considering for our ski chalet.

Anyone seeing a significant up tick in STR bookings as a result of installing a hot tub at their mountain cabin/ski town property? Does the ROI justify the purchase and maintenance costs

@Mindy Jensen thanks very much. Also have been keeping an eye on Winter Park and surrounding areas (Fraser, Tabernash, Granby) but can’t get much of anything for less than $700k or so.

Agree with you on Salida too.

We already have a place in Breck and unfortunately are now priced out of which is why Alma/Fairplay peaked my interest as there seems to be significant Summit County spill over I to neighboring Park County.

Looking for places in Colorado (prefer SFH) for $500k or less that can cashflow year round. Any locations I should consider? So far have been considering Alma/FairPlay area just south of Breckenridge but curious as to other areas that you may have your eyes on.

@Charles Phanumphai I’ve heard great things about Crystal Beach. Seems like a great opportunity
