@Owais Mustafa when you skip trace a LLC, whose number gets returned?

I've been looking into various virtual wholesaling courses and landed on one that's offered by this company. Has anyone heard of their virtual wholesaling program or actually taken it?  I've talked to their representative, Robert, and he mentions the course is 6 months and $4k. 

I'm curious how folks are sourcing tenants when doing lease options for a single family home. Are you just listing on Craigslist yourself or using an agent to help find? Where do I start? Specifically, I have rentals in Memphis that I'm looking to switch over to lease option deals.

Hi all, I'm looking to pick up some flips in Memphis area. Preferably in areas that an owner occupant to buy in. I've done plenty of brrrr in Memphis so I already have a rehab crew. What areas specifically would be good for flipping? Purchasing in the <$200k range and making at least $30k on the flip?

@David Hulit You mentioned they may not be available for rental property owners (thought I read that above), I have a couple short term vacation rental properties and all guests have cancelled. So, operating expenses are piling up. Would this scenario be considered for a loan?

 David, where are you seeing these terms?  Do you have a link to the SBA site that shows this?
