@Shadonna N. Very interesting! Can you elaborate on when you say it’s all about the side of the street that you are on? You literally mean that you can be on the same block but one half of the block is way lower in value? I was actually looking to sell a contract in Oliver to an investor possibly. Just wanted to know what is considered a deal to investors in Oliver near north bond street. Thanks a million.

@Ned Carey thank you! The only problem is that I don’t know the blocks to well, I have an interesting vacant property lead on North Bond street that’s already been demoed inside. I’m going to meet with seller on Sunday. It’s a 3 bed 1 bath 1300 sq feet property. Seller asking for 25k, do you think it’s reasonable for me to ask for lower?

I wanted to start investing in Baltimore MD. Does anyone think the Oliver section is worth investing in? If not are there any other places you may suggest. Also I would love to connect with other investors from Baltimore as well.

Hello BP community, I recently started to invest in the Baltimore area and I’m looking to connect with some serious investors in that area. I plan on coming across some great deals in the future. I want to learn as much as I can about Baltimore.

I wanted to know if there was any open data website for Montgomery county in Pa. Montco doesn’t provide code violations or vacant homes lists. Other than driving for dollars are there any more ways to find vacant or code violation homes online?
